30-Day Free Return & Exchange Guarantee

We offer a risk-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are eligible for free return/exchange if:

  • You changed your mind and want a different model or color.
  • You are not satisfied with the product.
  • The item is defective, damaged, or arrives with a manufacturing issue.

All return shipping and reshipment costs are covered by us during this 30-day period.

You are not eligible for free returns if:

  • The product was intentionally damaged or modified
  • Damage occurred due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs

If the product is damaged due to customer mishandling, you may still return it to us for inspection and repair. In this case:

  • Return shipping and any applicable repair costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will provide a quote before beginning any repairs.

Here’s how the return process:

1. Contact Us
Within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at support@wewillgame.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

2. Submit Return Request
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Authorization and the appropriate return address.

3. Prepare the Item
Ensure the product is in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

4. Free Shipping Label
We will send you a prepaid return shipping label — simply print and attach it to your return package.

5. Return Shipment
Drop off your return package at the designated shipping service location (e.g., 4PX partner drop-off point or your local postal service).

6. Inspection & Confirmation
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll either:

  • Ship your replacement product, or
  • Process your full refund to the original PayPal account used for purchase (within 7 business days after inspection).


Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase.



🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty – "Replace, Not Repair"

All GameSir® products purchased through Wewillgame come with a 1-year warranty from the date of receipt.

Within 30 Days:

  • If a product has any non-human, quality-related issue, we will replace it for free and cover all shipping costs (both ways).

From Day 31 to 1 Year:

  • For any confirmed product defects that are not caused by misuse or intentional damage, we offer a "replacement-only" policy.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item to our warehouse.
  • We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement unit. 

This warranty covers:

  • Internal hardware malfunctions
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Battery performance issues unrelated to damage

It does not cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Water or impact damage due to improper use
  • Damage caused by modification or unauthorized repairs
